Returning parents are to attend a mandatory Annual General Meeting in the Spring (date TBA) in the School Gym at which time they will receive their Re-Registration Package for the upcoming school year.
Kindergarten and prospective new parents for all grades are to attend an information session which will be held on February 7 at 1:30pm or February 8, 2017 at 7:00pm in our school Activity Room. At this time they must present their documents (birth certificate, baptismal certificate, immunization records, immigration documents, care card, etc.) and fill out a wait list form. After this meeting, successful applicants will be notified as soon as possible if space is available. Students are accepted as per the CISVA guidelines.
Parents are required to fill out a Wait List Form if they are interested in sending their child to St. Francis de Sales School. If space becomes available, they will be notified as soon as possible and an interview will take place with Principal for those who were not able to attend the information meeting. If accepted, a Registration Package will then be given to complete and return to the school as soon as possible.
